Breaking Boundaries
"경계 허물기"는 전통적인 아프리카 문화와 현대 예술의 요소를 융합하여 새로운
표현 방식을 찾아내는 Aboudia의 작품 10점과, 언어와 이미지를 넘나들며 다양한 매체를 결합하는 Alexandra Grant의 작품 10점, 그리고 대중문화와
예술의 경계를 흐리게 만드는 Richard Prince의 작품 5점으로 구성되어 있습니다. 세 작가는 각자 기존의 예술과 문화적 경계를 허무는 시도를 합니다.
"Breaking Boundaries" features 10 works by Aboudia, which blend elements of traditional African culture with contemporary art to explore new forms of expression, 10 works by Alexandra Grant that cross the boundaries between language and imagery by
combining various media, and 5 works by Richard Prince that blur the lines between pop culture and art. Each artist attempts to
break down existing boundaries in art and culture in their own way.
ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Aboudia

Aboudia is a contemporary artist from Côte d'Ivoire, whose works primarily reflect intense and vibrant urban landscapes, as well as social and political issues. While Aboudia's works are filled with powerful emotions and striking imagery, they also convey a message of human resilience and the will to survive amid war and chaos.
Alexandra Grant
