오는 2025년 7월 26일부터 8월 24일까지, SPACE776 서울은 여름의 감각과 다양한 시각 언어를 한자리에 모은 《SUMMER COLLECTIVE EXHIBITION》을 개최합니다. 이번 전시는 국내외에서 활발히 활동 중인 여러 작가들의 회화, 조각, 설치 등 다양한 매체의 작업을 한 공간에 담아, 계절과 감정, 그리고 서로 다른 창작 세계가 교차하는 순간을 보여줍니다.

이번 전시에 참여하는 작가들은 각기 다른 문화적 배경과 창작 과정을 통해 자신만의 예술적 언어를 구축해왔습니다. 이들의 작품은 여름이라는 계절이 지닌 다채로운 감각 — 빛과 색, 온도, 그리고 공기 속의 흐름 — 을 각기 다른 방식으로 해석하며, 관객에게 시각적 풍요로움과 몰입의 경험을 제공합니다.

From July 26 to August 24, 2025, SPACE776 Seoul will present the SUMMER COLLECTIVE EXHIBITION, a group show that brings together the sensory essence of summer and a rich spectrum of visual languages. Featuring painting, sculpture, and installation works by a diverse roster of contemporary artists from Korea and abroad, the exhibition offers a vivid intersection of seasons, emotions, and unique creative worlds.

The participating artists each bring their own cultural background and artistic process, shaping distinct visual languages that respond to the many textures of summer—its light, color, warmth, and the shifting currents in the air. Their works reinterpret the season’s sensations through varied mediums, offering viewers an immersive and visually abundant experience.

More than a simple gathering of artworks, SUMMER COLLECTIVE EXHIBITION emphasizes the relationships and dialogues between the pieces. While each work holds an independent identity and narrative, together they share light, shadow, and space to form a unified, organic landscape within the gallery.

With this exhibition, SPACE776 Seoul invites visitors to expand their ways of engaging with art. Amid the air of summer, filled with color, form, memory, and emotion, each viewer is encouraged to discover their own personal “summer” through the works on display.
